DailyPDFTask is a free, client-side web application that allows users to:
- Convert image files (PNG, JPG, JPEG, WEBP) to PDF format
- Convert document files (DOC, DOCX) to PDF format
- Merge multiple files into a single PDF
- Edit, rotate, delete, and reorder PDF pages
- Compress and download the resulting PDF
All processing occurs entirely within your browser. Files are processed locally in your browser and are not uploaded to our servers. We may use cookies and analytics to improve user experience.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree that you will not use the Service to:
- Process, convert, or distribute files that you do not own or do not have lawful rights to use
- Convert copyrighted content without authorisation from the rights holder
- Create PDFs containing illegal, defamatory, harassing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit any part of the Service
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or systematically access the Service
- Circumvent any technical limitations or security features
You are solely responsible for any files you process and any content within those files.
4. Intellectual Property
The DailyPDFTask application — including its source code, design, branding, and content — is the intellectual property of DailyPDFTask and its creators. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without express written permission.
Your files and the PDFs you generate remain entirely your property. We claim no rights whatsoever over files you upload or documents you create using the Service.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- The output PDFs will meet your specific requirements
- Any defects in the Service will be corrected
- The Service will be compatible with your hardware or software
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DailyPDFTask and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of business arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to access the Service, which in most cases is zero.
