2. Open Source Libraries
DailyPDFTask relies on the following open-source libraries, each governed by their respective licenses:

- PDF.js — Apache License 2.0 — Copyright Mozilla Foundation
- FileSaver.js — MIT License — Copyright Eli Grey
Use of DailyPDFTask constitutes acceptance of these third-party licenses.
3. Your Files and Content
DailyPDFTask does not store, host, or process your files on any server. As a result, we are not a content host under standard DMCA frameworks. We have no access to files you process locally in your browser.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to process any file using this service.
4. DMCA Takedown Procedure
If you believe that any content within the DailyPDFTask application itself (e.g., documentation, marketing materials, or code) infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to us via our contact page with the following information:
- Your name, address, and contact information
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- A description of where the allegedly infringing material appears within DailyPDFTask
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate
- Your physical or electronic signature
5. Counter-Notification
If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake, you may submit a counter-notification to us via our contact page with the required DMCA counter-notice information.
6. Repeat Infringers
DailyPDFTask will terminate access to users who are found to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights, to the extent technically feasible given our no-account, client-side architecture.
